Why are most of the high-quality and affordable products made in China exported and not sold domestically?

These products are designed abroad, and the domestic factory only does OEM. The patents are controlled by the foreign side, and our factory just earns a small amount of hard-earned money.

If you have a good design, of course, you shouldn’t launch it directly in the domestic market. Why? Would you want to see something you’ve spent years developing become widespread overnight? Selling it at cost price without even recouping the development costs?

Good products deserve a good price. Some products in the domestic market don’t have enough consumer purchasing power.

However, why are some products sold more expensively domestically but cheaper for export? Because of risk costs and tax rebates.

The quality standards are there. If your product doesn’t meet them, people won’t want it.
